Functions
Excel CAPE-OPEN Thermo Import provides a number
of functions that you can use. Most of them provide access to thermodynamic property and
equilibrium calculations.
Tips to work with functions:
- to insert new functions, use the CAPE-OPEN Thermo Ribbon
- to get assistance with changing the arguments to a function, use the Excel formula wizard.
To start the formula wizard, click the button next to the formula bar.
- most formulas will return vectors or matrices. To manually enter
a vector or matrix formula, select the region for the results. Then enter the formula, and
complete the formula by pressing Ctrl+Enter. If the formula wizard is used, please
hold down the Control button on the keyboard while clicking OK.
